Website retainers for a site that keeps getting better
Most websites peak on launch day. A retainer keeps yours improving: a fixed block of senior design and engineering time each month for new pages, experiments, fixes and audits. No tickets lost in a queue, and you can pause any month.

Built with tools your team already knows
We pick the stack during discovery, based on who will edit the site and how often. These are the tools we reach for most on this kind of project: Figma, Webflow, Sanity, Next.js, Linear, Notion, PostHog, Google Analytics and Hotjar.

How does a website retainer work?
You get a fixed block of senior design and engineering time each month. We plan priorities with you at the start of the month, do the work, and share a short report at the end. Unused time does not roll over, so we plan carefully.
Can we pause or cancel the retainer?
Yes. You can pause or end it any month with thirty days notice. Most clients pause for quiet periods and restart for launches.
Do we need to have built our site with you?
No, but we start with a short paid audit of any site we did not build, so we understand the codebase before we change it.
What can a retainer cover?
New pages and campaigns, experiments, design updates, performance and accessibility work, CMS changes, small features and quarterly audits. Large projects such as a full redesign are scoped separately.
How quickly do you respond to urgent issues?
Urgent problems such as a broken form or the site going down are looked at the same working day. Everything else is planned into the month.
Who will we work with?
The same small senior team every month, usually a designer and an engineer, with others joining when a task needs them.
