Zuzo StudioWeb design & engineering
Websites that move with your brand
Zuzo is a design and engineering studio for companies that outgrow their site every eighteen months. We build fluid, component-driven websites your team can reshape in an afternoon, not a redesign cycle.

01The problem
Most company sites get rebuilt every three years, mostly redoing the same work.
The issue was never the design. It’s everything around it: rigid templates, a CMS nobody trusts, and code only one freelancer understands.
02Approach
Embedded, senior, pausable
Zuzo works inside your team to turn the website into a product, not a project
We pair a small senior crew of designers, motion designers and engineers with a component system tuned to your brand. Marketing ships pages without tickets, the site gets faster as it grows, and the retainer can be paused any month you don’t need us.
03Outcomes
Measured, not promised
Numbers we’re
held to
Sites shipped since 2019
Median LCP across live clients
Average Lighthouse performance
Countries our clients sell in
Average lift in demo requests after relaunch
Typical time from kickoff to first launch
04Process
Five layers, one system
We build the system behind your site, then hand you the controls, one component at a time.
Read the FAQDiscovery
Two weeks of interviews, analytics and a content audit before a single pixel.
Motion language
Rules for easing, timing and depth, so every interaction feels like one brand.
Grow
Monthly experiments, new pages and quarterly audits. It keeps getting better.
Design system
Tokens, type and components designed as one system, not forty page comps.
Build
Typed, tested components on your CMS. Performance budgets enforced in CI.
05Stack
No lock-in
Plugs into the tools your team already knows, so nothing has to be relearned

- Frameworks
- Commerce

Source code and docs handed over
Any CMS, no lock-in
Sanity, Storyblok, Webflow or your own. We model content around how your team writes.
Tokens live in code
Change a colour or type scale once; every page and email template follows.
Performance budgets
Every pull request is measured. If a page gets slower, it doesn’t ship.
Accessible by default
WCAG 2.2 AA checked in the component library, not patched in after launch.

What does Zuzo Studio do?
We design and build marketing websites for growing companies. One senior team covers strategy, design, motion and engineering, and we hand over a component system your marketing team can use to publish and change pages without a developer.
What is a fluid website?
A fluid website is built from reusable, well-documented components instead of fixed page templates. It adapts to any screen size, and it adapts to your brand over time: new pages, campaigns and visual updates are assembled from the system rather than redesigned from scratch.
How long does a website project take?
Most projects reach a first launch in about six weeks. Larger sites with migrations, commerce or many templates usually take ten to fourteen weeks. We agree the timeline after a two-week discovery phase, and we ship in stages rather than one big reveal.
How much does a new website cost?
Pricing depends on scope, so we quote each phase as a fixed price after discovery. Discovery itself is a small fixed fee, and you keep everything it produces even if you build elsewhere. We share a realistic range on the first call so nobody wastes time.
Which CMS and frameworks do you work with?
We regularly build on Sanity, Storyblok, Contentful, Payload and Webflow, with front ends in Next.js, Astro, Nuxt or SvelteKit. We recommend a stack based on how your team writes and publishes, not on what we prefer.
Do we own the code and design files?
Yes. At handover you receive the full source code, design files, component documentation and every account in your own name. There is no licence fee and no lock-in to us as a supplier.
Will the new site be good for SEO?
Technical SEO is part of the build, not an add-on. That includes semantic HTML, structured data, fast Core Web Vitals, clean URLs, redirects from your old site, XML sitemaps and editable meta fields for every page.
Can you work alongside our in-house team?
Yes, and we prefer it. We join your Slack, work in your repositories and pair with your designers and developers so the knowledge stays in your company after launch.
